1. Commercial Subscription Terms
By establishing an account or authenticating a user profile on Vertafy, you express complete organizational agreement to these commercial Terms of Service. Vertafy grants your business enterprise a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable monthly subscription license to access our cloud-based B2B operations SaaS dashboard via a standard web browser interface.
2. Infrastructure Usage Boundaries
Users are explicitly prohibited from reverse-engineering the underlying communication infrastructure, scraping data schemas, or utilizing our automated workflows to distribute unsolicited marketing campaigns, system spam, or fraudulent communication routing. IMA MANAGEMENT GROUP LIMITED retains full ownership of all application assets, logic frameworks, and platform code. We reserve the immediate right to suspend any corporate account found violating these baseline performance limits.
3. Liability and Jurisdictional Framework
Vertafy provides operational tools "as is" without explicit performance warranties regarding external channel uptimes. All billing interactions, contractual defaults, or software access disputes are legally governed under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, aligning with our registration details as an active UK Private Limited Company.
